Dream Midtown is a classic New York City hotel housed in a stunning 1895 Beaux Arts flatiron building. In 2015 the 219 room hotel evolved with a floor to ceiling transformation that included a redesign of the lobby guest rooms and dining/entertainment venues.     This is one of the largest Broadway Theaters (known as a "musical house"). The balcony seats are really high up. Pay extra for orchestra seats, they are worth it here!
