Sofitel New York

Since 2000, Sofitel New York has brought its decidedly French accent to Midtown Manhattan with its contemporary décor, sophisticated artwork, brasserie cuisine and cosmopolitan service. Our 30-story, limestone and glass tower showcases Neo Art Deco interiors by renowned French designer Pierre-Yves Rochon that blend the formality of an upscale private club with the warmth of a gracious home. The French art de vivre is apparent in our rich array of guest services, including an international staff speaking 52 different languages. Among our 398 guest accommodations are 52 luxury suites, including four Prestige Suites with private terraces and dazzling skyline views, and the expansive Presidential Suite. Our amenities include Sofitel’s signature feather-top and duvet SoBeds, and French bath amenities by Lanvin and Hermès. Our restaurant, Gaby Brasserie Française, serves classic French cuisine by Executive Chef Sylvain Harribey, whose culinary achievements include winning the Food Network hit show Chopped. We are centrally located in the heart of New York City, affording easy access to Fifth Avenue and the Times Square Theater District.

This midtown Manhattan hotel is within a 7-minute walk from Times Square and several subway stations. Sofitel features a gym and guest rooms with flat-screen cable TVs and minibars.

Each room offers a desk and safety deposit box. They also have seating areas. The bathrooms include separate showers and baths along with hairdryers.
